Project Manager Digital Design (m/f)
Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced project manager for the technical coordination of the development and its implementation in ASICs and FPGAs.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for ASIC/FPGA/IP projects in time, budget, scope and quality according to the TTTech Project Management Manual
- Manage and define project goals and milestones, initial contribution and review of efforts, costs and risks in accordance with technical and management team
- Defining roles and staff needs, planning of work packages and sprints (in case of agile development)
- Project synchronization with other departments
- In case of sub-projects alignment with internal program and customer product management
- Supplier coordination as well as of planning of external development resources
- Tracking project progress and risks, deviation management, continuous reporting
Your Profile
- University or university of applied (FH) sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or Computer Science
- Ideally 3 years or more experience in project management around software or electronics
- Knowledge in agile development methods
- Experienced in contact with clients and managing internal cross-functional development teams
- Know-how in quality and safety standards would be beneficial (e.g. ISO26262 or similar standards from other industries)
- Team player with excellent communication skills and hands-on attitude
- Good English skills, knowledge of German language would be a plus

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
