Product Marketing Manager B2B

Vienna location

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new B2B customers
  • Support and expansion of the existing customer base
  • Development of individual, customized offers and follow-up
  • Focus on achieving the sales goals
  • Close cooperation with the internal departments like marketing
  • Helping and supporting the potential partners to identify their needs in order to propose customized solutions : end user visit, technical support, marketing approach
  • Supply & Sale of B2B products
  • Setting marketing activities for product sales
  • Price list forming
  • Product group management and forecasting
  • Negotiation with B2B customers
  • Yearly, quarterly B2B stock planning
  • Brand representing
  • Agreements negotiation
  • Warranty & RMA setup for products
  • Product management for B2B, Projects
  • Representing company in Exhibition and events
  • Sales analytics
  • Arranging seminars, trainings and products presentations, speaking
  • Building B2B product sales strategy
  • Run ongoing competitive analysis to maintain product relevance and differentiation
  • Active support of and daily conversation with customers
  • Execution and confirmation of orders, checking delivery time
  • Weekly sales with placing orders related to the country
  • Daily work in Oracle (sale pricing / buy pricing control)

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Business, ideally with several years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of product manager/marketing, focusing on B2B technology products
  • Deep (technical) knowledge of PC/Peripherals and/or Consumer Electronics
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Independent, results-oriented and structured working method
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Accurate and structured approach
  • Customer oriented way of working
  • Eastern European language proficiency a plus
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Good presentation and training skills
  • Initiative person, able to work with targets
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and true team player

Salary reference, minimum 30.000 EUR Gross per year, (fix + variable) based on result, education and experience.
