The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating office/facility activities and procedures in order to ensure organizational and operational efficiency and effectiveness for the office. Your responsibilities will be managing accounts payable and preparation of the monthly bookkeeping documents for our external tax accountant. You will be in charge of all Human Resource topics in close collaboration with our HR department in Denver and our external payroll accountant. Ultimately your duties include high level administrative and organizational support for the General Manager.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
The salary is based on the KV Handel, however Boa is willing to over-compensate individual candidates depending on skills and experience.
