Sales Controller (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Controlling of the Fibre Packaging / Paper Business Unit and working in a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • timely preparation and analysis of (monthly) sales reports, budgets and forecasts
  • plausibility check of reported sales data in BW/BO and regular follow-up if correction is required
  • monitor and challenge the sales development against budget in close cooperation with the Sales Directors
  • work closely and integrated with Business Unit financial controllers
  • define, test and continuously improve an effective set of automatic sales reports
  • project work to simplify workflows and tools
  • all ad-hoc management reporting as required by the business, including preparation of sales report presentations

Our requirements:

  • IT knowledge / affinity
  • excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • knowledge of BW/BO is an advantage


  • very good command of English, any other language is an advantage


  • economic education (business university degree) with a specialisation in Finance


  • 3-5 years of appropriate working experience, professional experience in an international environment advantageous

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR 42,816.20 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
