Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Manage & reduce complexity in running production and development
  • Define strategy for future development and document it in the respective roadmaps
  • Run specific pre-development projects to provide process solutions for future requirements
  • Avoid unwanted upcoming complexity
  • Exchange know-how of sites (e.g. training)
  • Be accountable for description and characterization methods (control plan)
  • Be accountable for production release of new developed and characterized process blocks
  • Transfer knowledge and characterization experience from Si to future semiconductor base materials

Profile

You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people. You remain focused on solutions, are open-minded and want to be employed in a demanding field of work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree from University / University of Applied Sciences in Physics, Material Sciences or comparable
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor production or development
  • Experience in correlation between process parameter and device performance
  • Experience in project management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
