In this position, you will manage international ERP projects with a focus on Human Resources. Collaborating closely with the business departments, you will translate business needs into a technical concept for integrated ERP processes within the application environment.

Management of global IT projects in the field of HR (SAP HR and other HR applications)
Coordinate and manage implementation teams and partners
Lead projects based on Red Bull project management principles and standards
Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget and resources
Ensure proper forecasting
Coordinate and steer technical expert teams to design new solutions and to enhance existing solutions in a highly integrated environment
Understand, challenge and translate business requirements into functional requirements and technical design
Develop applicable solutions as well as improve existing applications and HR IT processes in close corporation with internal and external partners
Establish the appropriate IT processes
Contribute to and execute governance standards
Provide 3rd level support for ERP systems and further improve support concepts and structures
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of SAP HR or similar ERP systems, preferably in an international company
Proven Project Management skills, ideally experience in implementing and developing business applications
Integrated understanding of HR processes and applications
Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, performance and result oriented, team player
