Job description

In your new job duties and responsibities include:

  • Developing state of the art test methodologies for complex SoC designs using on-chip test resources, concurrent testing
  • Applying new test methodologies to analog/mixed-signal modules, e.g. ADC, DAC, Power Management Systems
  • pre-silicon test pattern verification
  • Support debugging of test methods on ATE/Lab
  • Optimising test methodologies for test execution time and resource usage (pattern memory)

Profile

You demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You communicate openly, clearly and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university master degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Information and Computer Science
  • 1-3 years of experience in design verification (VHDL, Verilog) or test engineering
  • Knowledge in micro-controller and embedded systems programming
  • Mixed Signal Know how (ADC, PLL, DTS, Power Management System)
  • Knowledge in C/C++ programming and scripting
  • Knowledge in Unix/Linux
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the colletive agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
