Our office in Vienna acts as the back office for our commercial activities in the EMEA region. We receive and process here all European orders, inquiries and complains regarding WestRock's paperboard. Those high-end commodity products are made at our mills in the US, shipped to the central warehouse in the Netherlands and distributed based on the orders received from our regional customers.
The Customer Service Representative acts as the critical link in WestRock's partnership with its customers. Your responsibilities will include the support of regional sales teams and clients with the focus on excellent customer service. You will enter and manage orders, coordinate programs or special projects, analyze information and sales data, prepare reports and continually monitor account activities, inventories and back orders. Your work environment will be very dynamic and will require relationship building and maintenance, multitasking, strong focus on details, problem-solving, project coordination, speed and reliability.

Starting salary min. EUR 32,000.-- gross per year (all in). A higher starting salary is possible based on your professional qualifications and experience.
