Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead in terms of steering and motivation of aprox. 70 employees of the internal contact center at office site in Prilly and Zurich
  • Assurance of excellent customer experience
  • Constant monitoring of team performance providing the given targets concerning quality, quantity and sales (cross-/upselling)
  • Execute the company and unit strategy, especially our customer promises as well as Sunrise values at the site in Prilly and Zurich
  • Tight collaboration with contact center colleagues at HQ for continues improvement of the whole unit and best practise sharing
  • Special management tasks and cooperation in projects
  • Clear communication of targets and strategies towards team
  • Coaching of 5-7 direct reports in Prilly and Zurich
  • Define and implement measures from strategic goals and independent transformation of those goals
  • Provide proactive suggestions for continuous improvement of unit strategy in line with with Sunrise strategy
  • Strong collaboration with interfaces like performance management, intraday, processes, quality and training
  • Provide management updates on a regular basis in terms of performance, measures and timelines


  • Commercial training or study in business administration, economics or similar
  • 5 (+) years experience in customer service / call center environment
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience
  • Proven success in customer service
  • Fluent skills in English, French and German are a must
  • high customer orientation, teamplayer, hands-on and can-do mentality, strong analytic skills
