Job description

In your new job you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding a team defining leading edge automotive LiDAR receivers
  • Preparing and taking architectural decisions in close cooperation with circuit design
  • Definition and specification of analog and mixed signal readout chains of optical receivers
  • Definition and specification of power budgeting, supply concept and thermal management
  • Ensure proper concept to enable implementation of DfX measures (Design for Test, Reliability, Manufacturability)
  • Running a requirement driven development process including documentation
  • Moderating regular technical alignments with system/concept engineering, application engineering and circuit design team
  • Alignment of technical solutions with customers
  • Ensure that definition of key targets takes place with high quality and within project schedule
  • Obey functional safety aspects throughout the definition and development process

Profile

You are an experienced team player and you are able to win others for your structured approach of getting things done. You are clear in communication and know how to do high quality decision taking.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
  • 3+ years experience in analog and mixed signal system and/or circuit design
  • Solid background in IC top level development and verification needs
  • Experience with integration of analog and mixed signal blocks
  • Ability to tackle problems in a structured and systematic fashion
  • Effective and convincing communication in English
  • Experience with Functional Safety is a plus
  • Fun working in a team

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
