Team Leader Control Unit & Network Series Development (m/f)

Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced team leader for the technical coordination of control unit and network series development in the area of advanced driver assistance systems with the aim to strengthen our market position in the automotive industry besides our technological leadership.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop the team according to the TTTech Leadership Principles
  • Take responsibility for project effort estimations and project reviews
  • Ensure staffing of projects and pre-projects together with your Group Lead and Project Managers
  • Steer the implementation and progress of engineering projects and support project reporting
  • Manage acquisition and Bid processing (Bidding), tender preparation and processing
  • Provide technical and personal guidance for your team
  • Be part of or coordinate steering groups according to your technical competence to track and improve Automotive processes, methods and standards
  • Support the yearly and long-term budget planning process
  • Recruit and select new team members and ensure training and development

Your Profile

  • Profound embedded software development comprehension for heterogeneous computing environments
  • Solid understanding of relevant technologies, embedded development processes and tools
  • Knowledge of automotive hardware/software architectures and tools is an advantage
  • Experience with quality- and safety- standards (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 or similar)
  • Willing to take the responsibility for high quality products and projects and enjoying being the interface between customers and development
  • Strong experience in project management and capability in driving performance improvements
  • Self-aware personality with respect to personal strengths and development areas
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others and collaborate and work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent English skills, German is advantageous

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
