We are looking as of November 1st 2018 for a Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/x) based in Brunn a. Gebirge/Austria or Spreitenbach/Switzerland responsible for our team (4 people) in Austria and Switzerland (Alpine).

FUNCTION

  • Manage, coach, train, motivate and develop customer service team in Alpine
  • Organize and coordinate daily work
  • Ensure a smooth handling of customer orders, complaints and other Customer Service related processes
  • Guarantee a customer oriented service for internal and external customers
  • Actively contribute to conintuous optimization and improvement within Customer Service
  • Work closely with other internal departments in Alpine and EMEA HQ and all other internal and external stakeholder

PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Economics or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / Supply Chain
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong leadership and coaching skillset
  • Highly process and customer oriented mindset
  • Advanced SAP knowledge
  • Sound MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willigness to travel frequently
