Leading the sales team in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication
Responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of assigned territory
Responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts
Define entitlement and identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability
Interface with the organization to drive high value solutions regarding portfolio and quality
Build customer relationships and communication at all levels
Ensure also the legal part of the business regarding flawless transition of customer contracts
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in technical disciplines
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of related products, services and markets
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to interact and communicate in an international environment and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Russian. German would be an advantage.
For this position a salary package of EUR 75.000,- is proposed. Depending on qualification and experience payment in excess is possible.
