Job Introduction
As a Senior Manager Systems, Processes & Tools you lead a global team of planning, process and systems specialists within Magna Powertrain's purchasing organization. Together with your team you are responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and managing global purchasing and supplier quality processes as well as all relevant IT systems. Among others you have the following

Main Responsibilities

  • Participating in developing and implementing a global supply chain strategy
  • Coordinate target setting and KPIs with global process owners (direct/indirect purchasing, SQD and logistics)
  • Support IT/Systems program execution and governance to achieve purchasing objectives
  • Define and drive process optimization for direct/ indirect purchasing, SQD and logistics
  • Execute process and systems KPI measuring and reporting and assist in monitoring recovery plan execution
  • Support audit requirements (IATF, VDA/ AIAG, etc.) for the purchasing organization

Requirements

  • Academic degree in engineering or business administration with an specialization in process management, supply chain management or similar
  • Experience in supply chain processes, process mapping and value stream analysis
  • Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a leading function
  • Ability to lead a multi-cultural team distributed in Europe, North Amerika and Asia-Pacific
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong process development skills together with planning and analytical skills
  • Exceptional problem resolution skills combined with the ability to work without close supervision
  • Willingness to travel on an international basis

Additional Information
This position can be located at our Magna Powertrain locations Lannach, St. Valentin (Austria) or Untergruppenbach (Germany)

The gross salary for this position is EUR 59.800 per annum. However, we offer a salary in conformance with the market conditions in dependence on qualifications and professional experience.
