Junior Admissions Officer (f/m)

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Ideal starting date: as soon as possible

The Junior Admissions Officer aims to effectively move prospective students from the inquiry stage to the application stage of the admissions funnel and provide valuable administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the Student Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing team to increase response time and conversion of leads into applicants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Data entry and follow-up of recruitment and marketing leads
  • Respond to admission inquiries and requests by both email and phone
  • Provide administrative support such as organization of material inventory, mailings, invoice handling
  • Assist the team with admissions tasks such as processing various documents and following up on applications
  • Support events and assist with campus tours

Your Profile:

  • Minimum completed secondary education or equivalent work experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in an educational organization
  • German proficiency, very good command of advanced oral and written English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (with very good knowledge of Excel), online/cloud-based programs, CRM platforms
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, together with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player able to work in a multicultural environment

Applicants must have the legal right to work in Austria. Annual gross salary (full-time basis 40 hours/week) starts at EUR 27.000, - plus benefits.
