Solution Consultant (m/f)

The Solution Consultant will ensure that prospects and clients are matched with tailored solutions to fit their business and technical requirements. Your expertise of client requirements will ensure a solid integration in strong collaboration with Sales, Client Success & Tech departments. The position is based in Vienna or London.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse client's business needs and technical requirements in close collaboration with our sales team to drive best in class pre-sales activities
  • Understand client's current state of the business to match with our products and to establish individual best fit client solution recommendations
  • Create custom client demos
  • Work with sales team and prospects to outline the scope and successful outcome of product trials
  • Proactively drive prospects further down the sales-funnel by delivering Proof of Concept
  • Provide strategic solution design documents to outline and translate functional as well as non-functional requirements and assist in RFPs
  • Act in strong partnership with internal Client Services and Tech department to pass client´s technical specification for further project development and actions
  • Manage technical translation and ensure efficient information flow to support project objectives
  • Act as solution specialist for Adverity´s product offering during client meetings and calls
  • Drive proactive engagement with prospect and clients about our solution offering
  • Establish and prepare product solution presentations

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a pre-sales role (ideally in SaaS field, online marketing, marketing agency)
  • Previous experience in a client facing role is preferred
  • Good knowledge & understanding of data structures and workflow in project scope including implementation requirements
  • Ability to analyse technical requirements and deliver instructions to technical as well as non-technical audiences
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) over the phone, via email and on live chat
  • Be comfortable to talk specifics of systems integration with developers
  • Team player with outstanding motivation and strong commitment to role
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to multi-task
  • Must have a strong willingness to learn and discover new technologies
  • Proficiency in English and German

For this position, we offer a starting annual salary of EUR 36.000 (negotiable based on your level of experience & qualifications).
