Financial & Investor Relations Coordinator (m/f)

Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced Financial & Investor Relations Coordinator (m/f) in order to manage and support our on-going development and coordination of all shareholder and investor relations activities to further professionalize the company's communication of its strategic, financial and operational results to key internal and external stakeholders. In this function you will contribute your finance and investor relations expertise as well as your operational analysis, financial management, forecasting, and planning.

Your Tasks

  • Prepare business content, financial reports and presentations for annual reports, shareholders and supervisory board meetings, company management and investor audiences
  • Setting up, planning and organization of an annual calendar of events to meet with shareholders of the company, potential investors as well as regular meetings with analysts, press conferences, interviews and industry conferences
  • Analyzing and collecting of market and company data and preparation of relevant reports
  • Respond to shareholder/analyst and media requests and provide appropriate information regarding the Company's operating results, business strategies, etc.
  • Work closely across department heads to build an understanding of the company's financials, product roadmap and strategy
  • Manage IR website contents and other internal and external briefing materials
  • Support in corporate business development and M&A activities and other special projects as assigned
  • Interface and coordination of the shared services

Your Profile

  • University degree - preferred in Economics, Finance or equivalent with focus on corporate finance, controlling
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, finance, marketing, planning, corporate communication or investment analysis positions
  • Experience in automotive or technology industry is advantageous
  • A pragmatic & collaborative project management approach which delivers results even under pressure
  • Solid knowledge in the field of Business Management combined with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated passion, skills and ability to network in large, cross-functional, diverse and global teams, including global top management
  • Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability
  • Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Team player with a flexible, self-driven working attitude
  • Very good German and English proficiency

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 38,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
