Solution Centre Applications Consultant (m/f)

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

provide the best support for customers in a timely manner, while dealing with different cultures and expectations. Work with complex software applications, understand them and provide meaningful answers to customer inquiries. Develop into a trainer for this software and travel worldwide to deliver training.

You are responsible for

  • the call qualifying for Monitoring, Analytics and Therapeutic Care (MA&TC) product calls at the Solution Center
  • Answering questions about application and configuration of Monitoring, Analytics and Therapeutic Care products
  • Find and establish problem solution for workflow and application problems as well as basic technical problems
  • Report and escalate product issues to the responsible Business Unit
  • Communication link between field organization and Business Unit
  • Work with the Business Units to test hot fixes and future releases of the products.
  • Provide customer trainings for Monitoring, Analytics and Therapeutic Care products
  • Responsible to deliver customer training events and compliance trainings for the field
  • Act as a clinical liaison with Customer, Field organizations, Business Units and 3rd party companies
  • Understand and keep up to date with the technical requirements of the assigned products

Solution Center Call Qualifying

  • Qualifies and prioritizes rapidly and effectively all incoming calls and customer needs and problems
  • Documents the call according to the quality system, and performs the qualification
  • Finds, communicates and implement solutions to the customer's problems
  • Follow up for the case done, until it is entirely solved.
  • Keeps Escalation rules.
  • Keeps the communication rules and deadlines.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Registered Nurse or a degree in nursing with min. 5 years of experience in Operation Room, Intensive Care Unit or Anesthesia or Doctor's degree in medicine with some years of experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German desirable
  • Good knowledge of medical environment and hospital processes
  • Ability to interface and communicate with customers and also with other internal functions
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical way
  • Capable to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willingness to travel (world wide) and car driving licence
  • Understanding of Healthcare IT desirable
  • Ability to influence and guide customers

Annual minimum wage according to collective agreement: EUR 43.022,00 gross. We are prepared to exceed depending on qualification and experience.
