As Customer Excellence Hero (m/f) you lead the customer service team and manage the three areas Customer Communications, Content Management and Quality Assurance. Also, you evaluate the customer feedback in order to develop measures and actions to optimize the product portfolio and the service performance. Furthermore, you keep an eye on the ticketing system and are responsible for the results and goal achievements of your team.
EUR 2800 gross/month (on full-time basis)
Between EUR 2800 and EUR 3400 gross/month according to qualifications and experience.
