We offer an exciting career development opportunity for a passionate Project and Change Manager in our young and developing Process Office Team in Vienna which is a sub-department of Global Process Management. This team supports HOERBIGER's largest project called STREAM, which focuses on creating the future processes of HOERBIGER supported by the latest SAP version S4/HANA.
As a Project and Change Manager you will have the opportunity to support the global team as well as the local teams in the rollout projects in managing the change from today's process and system landscape to the new process environment. With your strong communication and change management skills, you will be an important part of the different rollout projects, working closely together with the STREAM Management Team and act as a point of contact for all critical change management and communication topics with the target to make the change sustainable.
The Project & Change Manager's primary responsibilities include designing/implementing change management and communication methods in STREAM rollouts; working closely together with Rollout Management to identify challenges/bottlenecks and execute mitigating measures; continuously monitor the success of change management measures; and conduct analyses to identify the possible impact on the stakeholder group. Furthermore, the role will steer and coordinate communication measures and organize as well as conduct focus group discussion. Based on wage structure agreements we are offering for this role monthly payments starting at EUR2,790 gross in respect to individual qualifications and experience.
