WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As Head of Global Brand Programs, you are responsible for defining, further developing and implementing the global brand strategy for Swarovski Professional with a focus on our ingredient branding program. This position is an outstanding opportunity for you to lead a team and work in the strategic and operational management of Swarovski Professional's brands.

It will allow you to:

  • Define and implement global brand strategies for Swarovski Professional, which ensure effective sell-out while protecting the brand
  • Design and further develop brand support programs, including Point of Sales (POS) tools and communication solutions for our fashion, jewelry and interior design customers
  • Lead the global roll-out and steer the implementation of various brand programs and communication solutions in collaboration with our local subsidiaries in North and South America, Europe and Asia
  • Work closely with internal departments, i.e., Legal, Controlling, Finance and IT
  • Manage brand performance
  • Lead a team of 7 brand managers

WHAT WE EXPECT

As the ideal candidate for this position, you are a team player who enjoys working in a highly engaged team environment.

Furthermore, your profile includes the following:

  • Very good academic performance in marketing and communication related studies
  • 5 + years relevant professional experience in strategic Marketing, Communications and/ or Consultancy
  • Ability to interface with various stakeholders from different hierarchy levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to convince others through your outstanding strategic and analytical skills
  • Results-driven approach with strong customer orientation
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus
