The Complaint Handling Engineer has the technical ownership of a product family over the whole product life cycle after release for supply, w.r.t. customer returns. He/she supports the customer as technical interface to improve product quality and customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer requirements.
The main responsibility is to handle customer product returns and technical operations related to complaints, as followed:
NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 48.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
