Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Learn about characteristics and types of integrated automotive sensors
  • Learn how integrated sensors are modeled in concept engineering to define the sensor architecture
  • Collect sensor parameter variations from technology department, experts and from similar projects
  • Learn of the concept modeling using existing tools and existing toolboxes
  • Implement new methods in an uncertainty modeling toolbox
  • Apply Uncertainty Modeling on an Infineon sensor product
  • Finally a good documentation of this modeling-flow using must be generated to be distributed to other colleagues and departments

Part-time employment

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. The salary for this position is EUR 1.825,-- gross p.m.(full-time basis).

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Master Student at University or Fachhochschule finishing in Electronics, Electrotechniques, Physics or similar studies
  • Self Driven and Organized behavior
  • Fluently Englisch, German would be a great advantage

These technologies are paving the way for electric vehicles that offer the same range with smaller batteries. In combustion engines too, power semiconductors are making a difference by reducing exhaust emissions.
