Online Communication Specialist (m/w)

  • responsible for implementing and coordinating a dynamic online communications strategy supporting our communication objectives
  • functional, graphic and content development of entire KTM or Husqvarna Motorcycles online world by using new platform technologies and optimizing the existing tools
  • planning and executing campaigns and online communication projects in line with the overall marketing activity plan as well as online advertisement campaigns on relevant channels and formats
  • content release plans in close collaboration with communication team to align and communicate all social posting around key events, happenings and product releases; real-time social content production
  • managing KTM's or Husqvarna´s YouTube channel and being aware of and up to date on emerging trends, products as well as technologies in online marketing
  • administration and content management of company's website and other online communication channels in collaboration with respective internal departments; collaboration on all major online/digital projects and campaigns (e.g. web shop, apps etc.)


  • Bachelor's degree preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, or communications
  • minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position or field of work as well as detailed knowledge about online and social media channels and trends
  • experience in writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space and with leveraging social media and online management and analytics tools
  • strong understanding of Digital Products, video consumption patterns and social media platform algorithms, strong knowledge of current trends in online media/social media
  • excellent MS-Office skills and basic skills in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator and CMS (content management)
  • excellent English skills (written and spoken), German and other languages desirable
  • interest in motorcycles and deep personal involvement
  • good project management and organizational skills, flexible individual, creative thinker and problem solver
