Bridor (a subsidiary of Le Duff Group, 35,000 empl.) is specialised in the production and sales of premium Viennese pastries, breads and pastries in France and globally.
To keep up with strong growth in Austria, Bridor is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager.
In this area with strong development potential, you are responsible for implementing the sales strategy within the networks under your supervision (retail / foodservice / artisanal) in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing policy. Currently, our operations in the country are still quite small, so ideally we're looking for someone with a clear vision on how to develop the business in Austria.
Additional responsibilities rely in designing the sales strategy for each distribution network and negotiating annual agreements. Furthermore, you're in charge for the development of the current range of products and proposals for new items based on the needs of each client.
As the Austrian market will grow under your directives, we have plans to grow the team over the upcoming years.
You are expected to travel across the Austrian territory as well as occasional international travel (France and Germany). Nevertheless, most of the business today is in Vienna.
We're looking for a self-starter, ideally based in or around Vienna, with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial set of mind.
As you will need to coordinate, negotiate and partner with distributors, manage teams in a matrix environment as well as visit clients on site, a good level of interpersonal skills are required to succeed.
