Business Process Specialist Technical Development (m/f)

We are currently looking for a Business Process Specialist Technical Development (m/f) at our location in Schwechat, Austria.

As Business Process Specialist you provide crucial support to our projects and programs in the Technical Development area on group level. By providing a professional framework on planning, content development, reporting and follow-up you drive the implementation of process excellence according to set processes and standards.

Your main areas of responsibility include amongst others:

  • Developing and maintaining process maps and monitoring implementation and process performance
  • Ensuring cost / benefit analyses and training material for related processes
  • Providing info / communication packages including intranet articles
  • Preparation of senior management reviews and steering committees
  • Responsible for related Sharepoint sites and Clarity planning / follow-up
  • Ensuring structured planning and reporting of programs / projects
  • Supporting further development of benchmarking framework / principles and recommend good practice

You are the right candidate for this position if you possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor with relevant work experience (preferred fields of studies: Business studies or Technical studies)
  • fluency in German and English (mother tongue or professional level; written and oral)
  • Thorough understanding of economics and the relevant cost drivers / variables of our business
  • Good knowledge on program / project management and the related tools
  • High proficiency in conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Team work and cooperation skills
  • Willingness to perform
  • Intercultural communication skills

Following Austrian law regulations we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at around EUR 41.200,00 annual gross salary. In addition we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.

This assignment is limited until 28.02.2019.
