Sales & Marketing Manager E-Commerce (f/m)

What you will be responsible for

  • Ensuring the targets for the acquisition and retention of new customers for our local online shops Czech, Slovakia and Hungary, additionally Slovenia and Croatia
  • Teamlead of the team of 12 colleagues for the local online shops, development as well as specialist coaching in collaboration with the Sales Director in th eheadquarters
  • Sales monitoring and ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, the market and competition as well as offering recommendations for action and specific proposals for measures
  • Local implementation of central pricing tasks and determining and implementing the feed price strategy
  • Promotion planning e.g. product selection and newsletter planning
  • Coordination and support in the implementation of central Online Marketing tasks and analysis as well as handling of precise measures with a country-specific team
  • Responsibility for the localization and quality ensuring of Customer Service
  • Promotional content management

The salary for this position is 50.000 - 68.000 EUR gross depending on qualifications and experience

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Economics or similar academic degree Profound Sales & Marketing
  • knowledge with min. 5 years relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English is a must, Czech, Slovakian or Hungarian would be a real plus
  • Deep understanding of the digital business model and high affinity for (Online)-Retail
  • Leadership experience with the ability of applying management tools appropriately for the situation and consequently achieving optimum results
  • Living entrepreneurship High flexibility and ability to learn continuously
