Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to lead industrialization projects at outsourced manufacturing and prepare the release of products and services for mass production.

You are responsible for

  • Industrialization schedule (work break down)
  • Elaboration, evaluation and choice of manufacturing concepts
  • Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Testing
  • Industrial and Manufacturing Requirements and Specifications
  • Part Risk Analysis
  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Engineering and Pilot Runs at Suppliers
  • Preparation for Production release (PSW)
  • Preparation of production ramp-up at suppliers
  • Supporting continuous improvement programs (LEAN, 6S)
  • Life Cycle Management activities

You are a part of an interdisciplinary project core team in the context of Kitchen Appliances along the Philips Health Continuum.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University/TU/FH qualification in engineering domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, material science)
  • Professional engineering and manufacturing knowledge
  • Project Management, Team Communication
  • Openness to new ideas and technologies, pro-active behavior
  • Very good English skills

The minimum yearly salary is equal to EUR 43.022.- / gross with willingness to overpay. The actual annual income is commensurate with the market, your qualifications, and experience. Additionally, we offer various social benefits
