Service Manager Merlin (f/m)

Your tasks:

  • The Merlin Services Manager is primarily responsible for all Merlin services at RBI and is fully accountable for the Merlin service delivery
  • The Merlin Services Manager is responsible to align, interact and communicate with respective counterparts in RBI Group (ie. Network Banks)
  • The Merlin Services Manager negotiates agreements (e.g. SLAs, KPIs, service descriptions) with internal or external partners in cooperation with provider management and other vendors and supports in any workplace related
  • Manage all Merlin services and the IT-provider mainly from a services oriented perspective and less from a technical point of view
  • The Merlin Services Manager is responsible for cost-, resource-, time- and performance monitoring and reporting
  • The Merlin Services Manager is responsible for the identification of optimization and cost reduction potential and further development of all workplace services especially with regards to cloud technologies

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in a technical field of study (e.g. informatics, business administration with a focus on information management) or proven, comparable Qualification
  • More than 4 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Very good communication and presentation skills and an outstanding command of English
  • Very good understanding of IT strategies, best practices of IT (e.g. ITSM) and banking systems
  • Good overview of state of the art technologies, especially cloud-technology
  • Experience in service / application Management
  • Team oriented and flexible
