The Project Support Officer (PSO) supports the programs/projects and engineering management and is responsible for the maintenance of projects in the project monitoring, reporting and documentation systems. Therefore the PSO consolidates and reports the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other project and process measurement data with the objective to make visible and consequently improve the performance of the engineering projects and processes within the business unit (BU). Reports on general project status data, resource situation as well as financial bookings and financial forecasts are generated by PSO. The PSO receives the inputs from the project leaders and is responsible for monitoring the data and pointing out inconsistencies to the project leaders and development Managers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • First-line support for and maintenance of all project monitoring, reporting and documentation tools
  • Creating new projects and resources
  • Maintaining the running projects (materials, etc.)
  • Collecting of project data and maintaining of project databases
  • Verifying data quality including BCaM compliancy checks
  • Handling resolution of data inconsistencies in reports in collaboration with data owners

Your Profile:

  • Are studying economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management or equivalent
  • Know office tools well (excellent Excel skills, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • VBA (esp. Excel Macro) programming skills
  • Have full proficiency in English
  • Are accurate
  • Have analytic capabilities
  • Are team oriented
  • Provide customer orientation
  • Show excellent communication skills
  • Are flexible
  • Want to work in an international company
  • Availability: 20hrs./week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 1.900/month for full-time.
