In this position, you are responsible for giving technical support to customers.
You will respond to technical questions via email or provide remote setup assistance. Your tasks include basic troubleshooting and solving sales support problems. You are responsible to find solutions to problems independently and document these steps.
Furthermore, you have to document the problem-solving process within our CRM system and according to our
quality management guidelines. Creating statistics and systematically analyse customer satisfaction is also part of this position. The Technical Support Agent is also responsible for providing internal IT support.
