Job description
To strengthen our team we are looking for a Requirement Management Expert (f/m) for automotive sensor ICs with focus on ISO 26262 functional safety products.

In your new role you will:

  • definite and optimize requirement management processes and their implementation in tools
  • support the engineering team in writing clear requirements based on Infineon standards and rules
  • provide consolidated requirements traceability and coverage reports through all requirements levels
  • provide trainings for requirement management in the project teams
  • guide the project team in implementation of ISO26262 processes and methods
  • identify areas of improvements and initiate corrective actions
  • support during functional safety audits and assessments
  • give support in methodology and tools

Your profile
You pursue ambitious goals and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • a University / University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronic
  • high level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
  • basic knowledge about semiconductor development
  • fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
  • knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g. JAMA)
  • knowledge in ISO26262 and development of automotive products

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
