Take responsibility for the JAPAN customer business development. Development and implementation of Sales strategy for KEBA JAPAN in accordance with the strategy of KEBA AG in Linz. Responsible for Sales and marketing affairs particularly development of long term customer relationships, extending the business by reselling, upselling and cross selling and creating new business opportunities.
Presentation of KEBA Company and KEBA HMI products to potential customers. Development and update of the yearly business plan for KEBA JAPAN and confirmation with KEBA AG. Negotiation and finalization of different types of contracts (e.g. LOI, supply contract). Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer in Japan.
Establishment and optimization of internal work flow processes to guarantee efficient and cost effective work in JAPAN. This position reports to the Country Manager Japan and the responsible manager in KEBA AG in Linz.
The position will receive a very competitive base salary and is also eligible to receive a performance based bonus.
