Project Manager Games PPM (f/m/d)
We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to support our Games Project Portfolio Management Team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for facilitating, planning and leading projects from ideation to completion within the Games vertical. Meet project commitments within the defined constraints (scope, budget and time) and manage day-to-day aspects of project delivery through agile, waterfall or hybrid methods.

You will also manage inter-dependencies with other projects, while communicating and interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders while managing several projects simultaneously.
YOUR
TASKS
  • Definition, creation and management of project plans and timelines with a sense of ownership
  • Break business requirements and needs down into project tasks with project stakeholders through facilitation and moderation.
  • Coordinate project plan and tasks with other development, delivery, integration and support divisions and departments.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project delivering within scope, budget and time
  • Monitor and control the projects and keep status reports and project administration up to date
  • Identify and manage dependencies between various projects and evaluate their impact
  • Take the Lead position in meetings and workshops and set expectations for the project team
  • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion and minimise risk
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations as well as effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels
  • Conducting project evaluation reviews and facilitating project closures
  • Identify risks and opportunities, lead workshops and reviews, create risk mitigation and implement action plans
YOUR
PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study with theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Project management certification (PMI or similar) and understanding of PMBOK
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, certification will be beneficial
  • Three or more years of project management experience with a proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, from start to completion
  • Experience in completing projects with PM Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile) and integration with development frameworks
  • Knowledge of the online entertainment and gaming environment will be an advantage
  • Self-management, discipline and time management abilities with trustworthy and ethical behavior
  • Communication and presentation skills to all stakeholder levels
  • Hands-on and can-do approach and working well under pressure with stress resistance
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English on various business levels
