First and foremost, you will be an ambassador for the Red Bull Brand internally and externally. You live our Red Bull On Premise Culture and monitor image standards regarding our brand premium values.
MARKETING & SALES
In this role, you´ll create, develop, and execute On-Premise marketing initiatives that impact the consumer and industry. You’ll not only be a strong marketeer, but you will also be able to credibly demonstrate the commercial impact of the initiatives and strategies you develop.
STRATEGY INTO EXECUTION
You’ll be responsible for delivering world-class strategies to impact the objectives of the On Premise while at the same time being highly effective at translating those strategies into strong execution within our markets.
You’ll be responsible for strong and clear expectation management towards the team and stakeholders. In order to drive the business and implement initiatives, you’ll have continuous communication with the national On Premise teams.
You’ll build an effective and credible network with internal marketing departments, external agencies, key influencers, national decision-makers, and external service partners.
While you’ll actively track, record, and evaluate all results of implemented marketing activities you will also be responsible for actively searching out new business opportunities, identifying potential for improvement while adding new marketing activities and tools.
You’ll ensure in-depth knowledge of all national and international marketing activities, tools, concepts and general guidelines. This knowledge will then fuel the global initiatives you put in place.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- Minimum 5 years of Marketing & Sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of the On-Premise business
- Strong planning and project management competencies
- Strong leadership skills towards own team and country organizations
- Ability to cultivate team environment
- Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, and a creative mind
- Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
- University Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Travel up to 25%
