Norwegian Translator - Freelancer (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for an experienced Norwegian translator (m/f/d) to support our in-house Content Creation and Localization Team with translation tasks for the games we offer on our platforms. If you are a fast and reliable translator who cares about content quality, then we would like to hear from you.
YOUR
TASKS
  • As a translator for the Norwegian language, your main tasks are
    • games localization (+InGame)
    • proofreading
    • terminology management
    • quality management
  • Perform all the localization tasks using our in-house translation tool memoQ and ensure that all your deadlines are met
  • Report content bugs to the Localization Manager
  • This is a freelance position, and the payment is on an hourly basis
YOUR
PROFILE
  • Experience working as a translator and/or localization specialist for the online gaming industry with a focus on online casino games
  • Experience working with CAT tools such as memoQ is an asset
  • The source texts are in English, an excellent command of the source language is, therefore, a must
  • The target language is Norwegian, and only native speakers of the target language will be taken into consideration as candidates for this position
  • System requirements: a pc or laptop with a Windows operating system is a must for installing memoQ
