Operations Engineer (m/w/d)
Location: Graz, Vienna, Klagenfurt, Dortmund, Berlin or Zurich


  • You set up, operate and optimize customer applications and infrastructure
  • You develop and operate internal test and staging systems
  • You apply modern container & cluster technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and use open source tools
  • You prepare and implement system architectures and operational concepts
  • You ensure the safety of the customer infrastructure
  • You consult in security, infrastructure and application services
  • You work in an agile team using Kanban and you will be part of an international team with English as the work language
  • You participate in continual enhancement of company-wide DevOps approaches (automation, monitoring etc.)


  • You have some years of relevant professional experience in IT, especially in the field of Operations
  • You gained work experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • You know CI/CD and Build Pipeline (e.g. Jenkins, Concourse, Nexus, Bitbucket…)
  • Your know-how regarding configuration management tools like Salt or Ansible and Terraform (IaC) is strong
  • Your skills in the field of Shell Scripting and coding experience with Go or Python are an advantage
  • You are a team player with an open and communicative personality
  • Your German skills are beneficial, but not mandatory

Note for Austria in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The minimum monthly salary is € 3,048.00 gross/month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For Germany and Switzerland the minimum salary will be adjusted accordingly. The actual salary depends on experience, qualification and education.
