LMS Administrator (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Support and further develop a learning management system (LMS) including system configuration, maintenance and user management
  • Implement new system features and plugins, considering the user experience and learner perspectives
  • Administer/Maintain the Content management on the LMS and in relation to other company-specific digital systems
  • Resolve LMS functionality issues and document solutions and processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance for LMS users (learners and course creators)

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (min. Bachelor) in a relevant professional field
  • Excellent knowledge of the administration and maintenance of LMS and website software (e.g. Totara, Moodle, WordPress)
  • Experience in the field of web development, software testing, programming and application interfaces (e.g. xAPI) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical competencies as well as ability to work on complex issues independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
