For our customer, a European Private University, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist at the earliest possible starting date.
HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Your profile:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant HR experience
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian labour law, welfare and tax system
  • Proficient user of HR- and payroll software commonly used in Austria
  • Experience in integrated HR System implementation and payroll provider change
  • Experience in creating HR dashboards and delivering development proposals based on KPIs
  • Strong business partnering mindset, where HR is a strategic partner
  • Leading talent management, performance appraisal systems, career and succession planning and employee development processes with leaders
  • Experience in change management and intercultural change of teams
  • Experience and comfort in working in a matrix structure​
You personally convince with your independent and motivated work style. You confidently approach your tasks with diplomatic competence and are used to working in an international environment.
