Your future role
- Ensure efficient delivery of gas sales application services
- Strong correspondence with relevant interfaces
- 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting
- Manage and steer 3rd party providers
- Participation in different projects
- Reporting of defined KPIs to the team lead
Desired qualifications
- University degree in business administration or business informatics
- Min. 5 years of professional experience (ideally as developer, architect or interface role)
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Comprehensive know-how of CRM Systems and/or GasX Platform is a plus
- Experience with webMethods is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving mind-set
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Our customer offers an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 59.292, all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
