CRM Manager (f/m/d)
As a CRM manager you will assist in driving revenue from existing customers while increasing customer activation and engagement, for one of our sports betting platforms. You will be involved in all aspects of customer communication across multiple touchpoints including email and sms with the aim to introduce push notifications & on site messaging.
  • Develop an in depth CRM journey for one of our sports related products based around data led customer segmentation
  • Maintain and optimize existing campaigns to increase engagement across all lifecycle stages
  • Conducting regular reports for all relevant stakeholders sharing key learnings
  • Work closely with other teams/departments/agencies ensuring efficient & effective cooperation
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public relations, or any related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in a sports related CRM marketing role.
  • Experience with customer segmentation tools such as Optimove
  • Data driven, solution-oriented, analytical personality and the ability to multitask
  • Have a strong passion for sports
  • Fluency in English. German would be a plus
  • Creatively driven with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and strong project management skills
  • Interest and knowledge of the online betting industry
