Cost Accounting Controller (w/m)

Your responsibilities:

The Cost Accounting Controller is primarily responsible for planning and actual reporting including detailed variance analysis regarding our raw material. Furthermore, he/she is responsible to ensure transfer pricing according to tax and accounting policies for exports and imports.

  • Provide detailed variance analysis to Business Unit Management and execute monthly cut off as well as standard reporting and analysis.
  • Perform the budget planning for cost of goods sold on raw materials with inputs from Business Partners from different departments.
  • Derive action plans for result improvements together with Business Partners and drive result improvements together with their teams
  • Improve controlling processes and KPI´s
  • Ensure transfer pricing accuracy for exports and imports
  • Build productive relationships with relevant stakeholders and key people in the business inside and outside the Austrian Organization

Your convincing profile:

  • Completed Master's degree with focus on Finance/Controlling
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance as a Controller and/or Financial Allrounder (ACCA/CIMA/MBA is a big advantage)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power Point), SAP knowledge (Wave 2) is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-initiative, willingness to learn and to drive change
  • Excellent analytical skills and high number affinity

We offer an attractive, market-conform salary for this position. For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum salary of this position is EUR 35.756,14 gross/year (collective agreement of the food and beverage industry). If you can fulfill the requirements above, you can expect a minimum salary of EUR 44.716, - gross/year (based on a full-time job / 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a significant overpayment is provided.
