Safety & Compliance Manager Training (x/f/m)

Your Duties:

  • Acts as an information conduit to bring safety issues to the attention of management and to deliver safety information to the organization’s staff, contractors and stakeholders
  • Provides and articulates information regarding safety issues within the organization
  • Assists in the continuous improvement of the hazard identification and safety risk assessment schemes and the organization’s safety management system
  • Analyses data for trends related to hazards, events and occurrences
  • Effectively utilizes applicable processes and procedures to fulfill roles and responsibilities
  • Investigates opportunities to increase the efficiency of processes
  • Measures the effectiveness and seeks to continually improve the quality of processes
  • Controls the correct usage and storage of training documents and data within the training department

Our Requirements:

  • Safety management system Course or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the aviation and/or Remotely Piloted Aircraft System environment (RPAS)
  • Knowledge of Aviation Legislation, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annexes and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Regulations
  • Broad operational knowledge and experience in some of the following areas: Aviation training; aircraft and/or drone operations; aircraft and/or drone maintenance
  • Knowledge of safety management principles and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • German knowledge of advantage
  • German language skills of advantage
  • Good analytical skills

According to the Collective Agreement, we offer an annual gross salary of € 35.000,- with possible overpayment depending on education, qualification and work experience.
