Financial Planning Process Analyst


In this challenging position, the key deliverable to the organization is to secure data quality and process excellence throughout the financial planning process. As a member of the Finance Data Quality Management team, one governs and quality assures the financial planning process from an end-to-end business perspective. Training and support of the global finance community on the process & system side, as well as ensuring business relevant, high quality go-lives of developments and enhancements complement this challenging & diverse profile. The Financial Planning Process Analyst will participate in business process (re)design projects as well as co-define & implement process related improvements. Through close collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders as well as our subsidiaries worldwide, we constantly challenge and push our state-of-the-art planning solution to the next level. This role is part of the Data Supply Chain department at Red Bull HQ in Fuschl am See, AT.

    Together with the Financial Planning Manager, you deliver an effective and efficient, high quality financial planning process to the organization. Based on your process expertise, technological know-how as well as your focus on business value add, you are on a nonstop ‘business process improvement mission’. Driving process related improvements & governing technical change is therefore a constant on your agenda.


    You act as process expert on financial planning related initiatives and represent the Data Supply Chain team as an in-house consultant on financial planning related matters. Depending on passion, know-how & experience there will be the opportunity to lead individual projects or project streams.


    You provide financial planning related training, guidance and support to local key users worldwide. In this role, you work closely together with functional as well as IT specialists throughout the organization in order to assure close alignment and best possible service levels towards global budget owners.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in a Finance, Controlling or Accounting function of an international corporation

  2. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

  3. Very good k nowledge of business process analysis and proven track record on business process improvement initiatives

  4. Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, etc.]

  5. Exposure to driver-based planning approaches is seen as an asset

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems or related STEM field

  • Excellent command of English, additional German is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
