Manager SAP MM Process Optimization (f/m)

Your responsibilities: 

As Manager SAP MM Process Optimization, you are responsible for increasing the user utilization of our operational SAP and Non-SAP systems. This includes the implementation of a standardized and harmonized procurement process across all Mondi plants. Aim is to support the local entities to bring their procurement processes to a higher maturity level.

  • lead the Task Force Project across all Business Units/Business Segments
  • define work packages and workshop content
  • define roll-out road map and time plan
  • train Task Force members to be able to execute the workshops on site
  • resource/budget planning and tracking
  • target definition and project KPI tracking
  • Change Management
  • risk mitigation
  • project communication
  • ensure project governance

Our requirements:

  • excellent knowledge of SAP MM module
  • good process and procurement understanding
  • being able to handle complexity and recognize relations in processes
  • Project Management skills
  • Change Management skills
  • People Management skills
  • self-driving, motivated
  • strong resilience


  • fluent in English
  • German or any other languages will be valued


  • minimum Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical or business administration field


  • 5+ years’ procurement and/or project management experience in a similar position


  • being able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment with people at all organizational levels and different departments
  • good interpersonal and multicultural skills
  • being able to communicate efficiently

Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 60,000 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
