As a Recruiting Partner you will be responsible for the following topics:
- Talents search & selection
You will be supporting certain Business areas in all recruiting related topics. Working in close cooperation with HR Business Partners and Hiring Mangers you will scout the best talents for Doka. You will manage the entire recruiting process from kick-off to hiring the new employee. You will make the initial candidate selection, organize and conduct interviews with the candidates you have identified and complete the final offer.
- Building external talent pools & market mapping
You will be responsible for creating and executing recruiting campaigns in addition to building and maintaining external talent pools for defined business areas. A certain part of personal marketing will be in your responsibility.
- Active sourcing
Developing further sourcing methods is an important part of our recruiting activities. You will therefore approach the target groups proactively through the most effective channels, nurture and maintain relationships with potential applicants. You will create and place appealing job advertisements bringing the employer brand in-to focus.
- Recruiting Process
You will evaluate and improve recruiting process by setting in place relevant KPIs and reporting. You will assure proper handling of recruiting platform, and will be aware of new products and possibilities of this platform and suggest improvements. Excellent candidates’ journeys are very important for us. Details and communication make a difference here. You will constantly support, analyze and improve candidates’ journeys.
- Educational background in HR, psychology, business administration or similar
- Recruiting / talents sourcing experience (minimum 3 years)
- Passionate about Active sourcing
- Awareness of latest recruitment trends and sourcing approaches
- Strategic thinking in combination with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
- Working experience in international environment is a plus
- Innovative and inspiring personality
We offer a minimum annual full-time gross salary of 42 000 euro. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
