Senior Product & Sales Expert (f/m/d)

your tasks and responsibilities
You have wide experience in product development, product sales and in solving customer problems? Want to design and execute the (digital) product vision for ING? This is the chance to join us!

  • Planning, aligning and realizing the product roadmap for current account according to internal product strategy as well as customer requirements and needs
  • Initiating and implementing new (digital) product features and product modifications
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and planned customer growth
  • Digital product & process improvements to ensure an exceptional customer journey
  • Building value for customers and able to work out and to communicate product benefits via the right communication channels in accordance with colleagues from the marketing department
  • Observe, coach and react continually improve customer experience and team productivity
  • Planning, optimization and KPI’s measurement process
  • Creation, development and implementation of the strategies
  • Responsible for working closely, transparently, and respectfully with cross-functional departments, squads and colleagues

your skills

  • Successfully completed university degree of economics, business administration or comparable
  • A proven professional record in of min 6 years in the banking/financial sector is a must
  • Experience in a leadership role and PM beneficial
  • Very good knowledge about the market and customer needs
  • Ability to create a vision as well as to execute needed milestones
  • Proactive, communicative and team-oriented personality
  • Strong analytical ability, precise, efficient and structured way of working
  • Ability to create, develop and realize strategies efficiently
  • Solid understanding of Agile development processes
  • Fluency in English, working proficiency in German is a plus
