Director Digital & Customer Engagement (m/f)
This is a pivotal role in the heart of our organization, where you will take over the lead for a brandnew business area, leading an international ambitious team of 20 people. As part of the Austrian Management Team, reporting directly to the MD, you will be accountable for building our digital capability across all areas of the customer lifecycle.
You are accountable for the end to end experience we provide to customers, driving engagement and advocacy. Together with a strong support team you ensure solid processes for service monitoring and incident management.
Bringing together multiple technology and product teams and roadmaps you manage successfully the alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
As a natural collaborator you are used to connect with stakeholders across multiple business functions and countries.
Led by data you develop your analysis and understanding of a wide range of topics and key figures, comfortable to share with decision makers across the company.
- Preferably University Degree in the area of Business Administration, Digital Business, Technology, Analytics or similar
- 10+ years’ experience in relevant field of expertise (combination of company and consultancy background preferred) including several years of leadership responsibility
- Experience in developing customer journeys and coordinating cross-functional teams working in several locations
- Analytical – comfortable working with, summarizing and presenting large sums of data to key stakeholder including recommendations
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

Dependent on your qualifications and experiences we offer a competitive compensation package
We are legally obliged to inform you that according to the Collective Agreement for Film- and Music Business the minimum salary for this role amounts to € 70.000,00 gross p.a. (payable in 14 installments)
