A Recruitment process is like a competition. To be recognized, you need to make sure that your application is not one of many fish in the sea. We suggest that candidates prepare their professional CV with a meaningful motivational letter, highlighting their unique suitability for the job as that is what companies are looking for in a review stage. Application documents should be free of grammar or spelling mistakes and not raising more questions than necessary – so if there are any gaps in the employment history, a brief explanation is highly appreciated. If invited for the interview, we advise candidates to do their own research about the company. For international candidates we additionally recommend to reflect on the cost of living, taxes and the market as relocation is always a big change. We consider an interview to be an open discussion at eye level, where we are able to assess both professional and personal fit.
