Equipment Monitoring Expert for Data Modeling and Analyses

What are my responsibilities?

  • Working within the e-service Team to execute Maintenance Asset Technology (MAT) projects in the global market
  • Run analytics on APM solutions to optimize customer outcomes (Reliability, Mechanical Integrity, Asset Health) to increase of OEE.
  • Online Monitoring of customer production Equipment all around the globe
  • Data mining, Big Data analysis, data verification and validation, develop monitoring strategies
  • Model building: Connect historians with smart signal information
  • Anomaly detection, notification, reporting of anomalies and upcoming issues
  • Preparation and conducting of reports and dashboards according contract defined KPI's
  • Data integrity-, safety-management
  • Driving harmonization of user-roles
  • Improvement of Asset health calculations and prediction models

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Higher technical institute or university degree (e.g. HTL, university, university of applied sciences) with statistical/mathematics focus preferred or
  • Higher technical institute or university degree (e.g. HTL, BSc technical- or automation- or IT/Software - services )
  • Programming & scripting skills preferred, c-sharp, C++, Java Web Services, SOA technologies, …
  • Experience in Data analytics and/or application of statistic methods
  • Knowledge in usage of BI/APM Software e.g. Meridium, Asset Wise, IBM Cognos,…
  • Knowledge in usage of graphic analytics e.g. Tableau, MiniTab, ISOGraph…
  • Advanced MS Office (top level Excel-user) and IT-user skills
  • Self-organized and self-confidence to undertake tasks independently
  • English - fluent in written and spoken
  • Experience in the metallurgical industry preferred but not mandatory

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR EUR 40.362,42 (F/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer attractive social benefits, such as occupational health, adequate free parking, a canteen, as well as flexible working hours.
